This Privacy Policy explains how Gravity Merge (the “App”), developed by Duc Tran Xuan (“we”, “us”), handles information when you use the App. By using the App, you agree to this policy.
The App itself does not require an account and does not ask you for personal information. We collect data in only two ways:
We do not collect your name, email, contacts, location, photos, or any other personal data ourselves.
Advertising data is used by Google to provide and personalize ads, to limit how often you see an ad, and to detect and prevent fraud and abuse. For details on how Google uses this data, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the App shows a consent request (via Google’s User Messaging Platform) before serving personalized ads. You may grant or decline consent, and you can change your choice at any time from within the App.
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided data, please contact us and we will address it.
Local game data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App. Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data. Advertising data is retained and deleted by Google according to its own retention policies; you can reset your Advertising ID in your device settings at any time.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing (for example under the GDPR or CCPA). Because we do not hold personal data ourselves, requests about advertising data are handled by Google; you can also manage ad personalization through your device and Google account settings.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised policy.

Chính sách này giải thích cách ứng dụng Gravity Merge (“Ứng dụng”), do Duc Tran Xuan (“chúng tôi”) phát triển, xử lý thông tin khi bạn sử dụng Ứng dụng. Khi sử dụng Ứng dụng, bạn đồng ý với chính sách này.
Ứng dụng không yêu cầu tài khoản và không hỏi thông tin cá nhân của bạn. Chúng tôi chỉ thu thập dữ liệu theo hai cách:
Bản thân chúng tôi không thu thập tên, email, danh bạ, vị trí, ảnh hay bất kỳ dữ liệu cá nhân nào khác.
Dữ liệu quảng cáo được Google dùng để cung cấp và cá nhân hoá quảng cáo, giới hạn tần suất hiển thị, và phát hiện/ngăn chặn gian lận. Chi tiết xem tại Cách Google sử dụng thông tin từ các trang/ứng dụng dùng dịch vụ của Google.
Nếu bạn ở Khu vực Kinh tế Châu Âu, Vương quốc Anh hoặc Thụy Sĩ, Ứng dụng sẽ hiển thị yêu cầu đồng thuận (qua Nền tảng Thông báo Người dùng của Google) trước khi phân phối quảng cáo cá nhân hoá. Bạn có thể đồng ý hoặc từ chối, và thay đổi lựa chọn bất cứ lúc nào trong Ứng dụng.
Ứng dụng không hướng đến trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi (hoặc độ tuổi tối thiểu tương đương theo quy định nơi bạn sống). Chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập thông tin cá nhân của trẻ em. Nếu bạn cho rằng một trẻ em đã cung cấp dữ liệu, vui lòng liên hệ để chúng tôi xử lý.
Dữ liệu game cục bộ tồn tại trên thiết bị cho đến khi bạn xoá hoặc gỡ cài đặt Ứng dụng. Gỡ Ứng dụng sẽ xoá toàn bộ dữ liệu lưu cục bộ. Dữ liệu quảng cáo do Google lưu giữ và xoá theo chính sách của Google; bạn có thể đặt lại Advertising ID trong cài đặt thiết bị bất cứ lúc nào.
Tuỳ nơi bạn sống, bạn có thể có quyền truy cập, chỉnh sửa, xoá dữ liệu cá nhân và phản đối/hạn chế một số hoạt động xử lý (ví dụ theo GDPR hoặc CCPA). Vì chúng tôi không nắm giữ dữ liệu cá nhân, các yêu cầu liên quan đến dữ liệu quảng cáo do Google xử lý; bạn cũng có thể quản lý cá nhân hoá quảng cáo qua cài đặt thiết bị và tài khoản Google.

Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật Chính sách này theo thời gian. Thay đổi sẽ được đăng trên trang này kèm ngày “Last updated” mới. Việc tiếp tục dùng Ứng dụng sau khi thay đổi đồng nghĩa bạn chấp nhận chính sách đã sửa đổi.
